01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fc77 website at fc77.vin, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

You are solely responsible for:

fc77 will send OTP verification codes to your registered mobile number for new device logins and sensitive account actions. You must not share these codes with anyone. fc77 will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, email, or chat.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the fc77 platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and local bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering at fc77.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document through your account dashboard. This is a standard identity confirmation requirement that protects both you and the platform.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

You may close your fc77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to you after all pending bets and verification requirements have been resolved.

09Limitation of Liability

fc77 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, fc77 shall not be liable for:
